RSI K.K. was founded in 2006 in order to provide customized consulting
services in project management. Recently there has been an increased demand for outsourcing,
there have been more consulting services available in the market. It would seem
that clients would have more options available in selecting consulting services,
but it seems that many companies fail to meet the expectations of the client.
Through previous experience with a number of consultants for various project from
the client point of view, I am aware of the type of problems and issues that clients
face when selecting a consulting company. The main motivation for establishing
RSI was to fill this gap and to provide more active consulting.
Regardless of the size of the project or client, RSI believes that establishing trust
and ensuring the success of a project are key to establishing a good relationship
with clients.
Our goal is not to simply support the client in order to solve problems and issues.
RSI would like to be an active business partner in order to help clients reach
their goal in the most efficient and effective means available and to contribute
to their future success.

Hideo Sugiura is specialist in structured cabling systems
with over eight years of experience in the financial sector. While working at
Morgan Stanley for over six years, Hideo was in charge of MAC and data cabling
management. He has also been involved in various data center related projects.
Hideo then moved on to Barclay's Capital to focus more on project management regarding
data center strategy. |
